Die Berliner Kulturbrauerei wird diesen Dezember wieder zum Mittelpunkt der elektronischen Musikszene, wenn Paul van Dyk seine legendäre Winter VANDIT Night präsentiert. Am Samstag, den 21. Dezember 2024, hostet der weltbekannte DJ und Produzent nicht nur seine all-jähriliche Fan-Favorite Veranstaltung, sondern auch ein besonderes Jubiläum: den 30. Jahrestag seines ikonischen Tracks "For An Angel".

Der im Jahr 1994 erstmals auf Paul van Dyk‘s Debütalbum 45 RPM erschienene Track, wurde 1998 mit dem E-Werk Remix zu einem Klassiker der Dance Musik Szene.

For An Angel schaffte als einer der ersten elektronischen Instrumental Songs den Weg vom Club ins Mainstream Radio, dominierte die Charts und prägte eine weltweite Jugendbewegung nachhaltig.

Unterschiedlichste Geschichten und Emotionen – von wilden, durchfeierten Nächten auf Ibiza an die man sich gern zurückerinnert, zu Hochzeitstanzsongs bis zum Andenken an einen geliebten Menschen.

Die Jubiläumsedition ist eine Hommage an meine Fans und treuen Begleiter, die den Song zu dem gemacht haben, was er ist. Mit den neuen Remixen zeigen wir die vielen, unterschiedliche Facetten, die der Track in sich trägt. Julian Jeweil präsentiert eine Driving Techno Produktion, Öwnboss verzaubert mit Mainstage Magie, Kolonie liefert feinsten Progressive House und LOUT setzten neue Maßstäbe im Trance.

Die limitierte Jubiläumsedition ist seit dem 20. September exklusiv unter shop.paulvandyk.com zur Vorbestellung verfügbar. Der weltweite Release ist am 25. Oktober 2025.

Paul van Dyk, der seit Jahrzehnten die globale, elektronische Musikszene prägt, lädt zu diesem besonderen Anlass zwei wundervolle Gast-DJs ein: Ciaran McAuley und Chris Bekker, die zusammen mit ihm für ein musikalisches Feuerwerk sorgen werden.

Ciaran McAuley ist nicht nur ein weltweit gefeierter Newcomer DJ und Produzent, sondern auch bekannt für seine Zusammenarbeit mit Paul van Dyk. Gemeinsam veröffentlichten sie den Sommer Hit  "Someone Like You", der sich schnell in die Herzen der Fans gespielt hat.

Chris Bekker, ein weiteres Highlight des Abends, ist ein enger Weggefährte Paul van Dyks. Chris hat sich als Multitalent in der internationalen Tanzmusik Szene etabliert und wird den Abend mit seinem einzigartigen Soundkonzept perfekt ergänzen.

This December, Berlin’s Kulturbrauerei will once again become the epicenter of the electronic music scene as Paul van Dyk presents his legendary Winter VANDIT Night. On Saturday, December 21, 2024, the world-renowned DJ and producer will host not only his annual fan-favorite event but also a special celebration: the 30th anniversary of his iconic track “For An Angel”.

Originally released in 1994 on Paul van Dyk’s debut album 45 RPM, the track became a dance music classic with the 1998 E-Werk Remix. For An Angel was one of the first electronic instrumental songs to cross from the club scene into mainstream radio, dominating the charts and leaving a lasting imprint on a global youth movement.

“It’s fascinating how For An Angel still touches so many hearts after all these years—across generations, old and young, all around the world,” says Paul van Dyk. “Whether it was in 1999 in front of 1.5 million people dancing at the Love Parade or just last week in the Berlin Cathedral as an ambient arrangement, the magic of the track seems to grow even stronger with time.
